Although we wouldn’t recommend it, some people attempt to loosen their soccer jerseys by running a bath or filling a bucket of warm water mixed with gentle shampoo or conditioner, then letting the jersey soak for around half an hour to soften the jersey’s fibers, allowing you to subtly reshape.
